Scott J. Kush, MD JD MPH is a medical researcher with the group. His focus is on life expectancy in general medical conditions, persistent vegetative state, traumatic brain injuries, cerebral palsy, and spinal cord injuries. He is a Fellow of the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine. He has worked on hundreds of cases and testified in numerous depositions and trials. He regularly serves as an expert witness on life expectancy in the U.S. and abroad (including Canada, Australia, South Africa, and the UK).

Pierre J. Vachon, PhD JD MPH is a medical researcher with the group. He has worked on a vast array of cases involving complex medical conditions including cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, obesity, stroke, and cardiovascular disease. His current research projects include statistics and the law, lost chance of life, viaticals, and life expectancy and the law.
